1. Don’t share your password or username with anyone. Even your best friend or
parents.
2. Contact ISP (Internet Service Provider) and get them to block people who aren’t in your address book.
3. Tell someone you trust about your problems, like a teacher, adult or the school
counsellor.
4. Don’t open or reply to spam emails.
5. Don't give personal information or pictures, like your full name, age and where you live, to anyone online.
6. Save all cyber bullying messages and emails as evidence against the bully.
7. Call the police if the situation gets serious.
8. Don’t use your real or full name or picture on profile pages.
9. Never go alone when meeting someone who you met online.
10. Don’t trust strangers online, only if you personally know them.
11. MOST IMPORTANTLY: If you don’t like someone online and you feel insecure around them, just end the conversation and exit. All it takes is a button!
